Conductsafety inspections of facilities, documenting safety hazards, working condition of facilities, and functionality.
Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance associated with toilet flush mechanisms, drains and traps, faucets, sinks, water heaters, and water supply lines.
Clear plugged fixtures such as toilets and sewer lines.
Assist in planning, managing, and executing a maintenance management plan in coordination with a maintenance supervisor.
Conduct testing, sampling and record keeping of water systems.
Operate hand and power tools needed to maintain both interior and exterior spaces of the facility.
Use tools and equipment such hammers, sandpaper, grinders, saws, paintbrushes, rollers, and spray guns.
Perform grounds maintenance work, including clearing brush, seeding, and sodding, clearing timber, policing grounds, waste disposal, mowing, repairing damaged roadways and cleaning ditches.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
