Each grade school teacher has an assistant teacher in their classroom, assisting in work with small groups as needed, and collaborating on various subjects and projects.

Responsibilities:
Be familiar with the school system.
Know the specific classroom assignment, the curriculum, and the basic rules of conduct for students and teachers.
Be able to answer unexpected questions from students and parents.
Be familiar with the school district's policies, protocols, class lists, and classroom procedures.
Handle transitions between classes in a smooth manner.
Communicate effectively with students.
Facilitate learning in a fun and productive way.
Ensure compliance with school rules by students and teachers.
