As a Host/Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.
This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities - Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor - Seat guests and provide menus - Take reservations and manage waitlists - Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area - Assist servers with various tasks as needed Qualifications - Previous experience in food service setting is preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures - Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Knowledge of guest services and hospitality industry standards If you are a motivated individual who enjoys providing exceptional service to guests, we would love to hear from you.
