In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling transactions at the cash register, and assisting with various duties to ensure a positive experience.
You will:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Toast POS - Provide information and assistance to guests - Assist with stocking and maintaining a clean and organized environment - Answer guest inquiries in person and over the phone - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, events, specials, and company policies - Follow proper cash handling procedures and reconcile cash register at the end of each shift Needed:
