We are seeking a receptionist to join our team! The schedule is Sunday - Thursday (9am-5pm)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Assist with data entry and record keeping - Provide administrative support to staff as needed Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines - Professional appearance and demeanor Job Type:
