Our goal is to provide medical assistance for school aged campers, and keep them healthy and happy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in a fast paced medical clinic - Develop and implement systems and standards to ensure efficient operations - Manage and oversee all administrative functions, including human resources, finance, and facilities - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant laws and regulations - Oversee financial management, and financial reporting - Manage medical records and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping practices - Manage the daily workings of a fast pace office and facility - Lead and supervise a team of nursing and administrative staff - Coordinate and oversee special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Organized and detail oriented - Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in healthcare administration - Strong computer skills - Familiarity with medical records management and HIPAA regulations - Excellent skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff at all levels - Ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and make sound decisions Apply now!
