Responsible for completing daily work quota.
Ensures that guest rooms and hallways are cleaned thoroughly and according to standards, meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
This position provides the opportunity to select an appropriate leveling program based on the number of guest rooms the associate is able to service satisfactorily.

To perform this job successfully, the incumbent will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently.

Qualifications:
Essential:
Possess a positive, outgoing and friendly personality.
Ability to provide excellent guest service.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
Exercise good judgment and be a clear thinker in pressure situations.
Ability to focus attention to detail.
Ability to follow directions and work without direct daily supervision.
Team player.
Desirable:
Experience in the hospitality industry or equivalent.
Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
Basic ability to communicate in the English language.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
The pay scale for this position is $20.
